Frequently Asked Questions
What is your credit card policy?
Due to the influx of loss of payment our NEW POLICY is whoever pays for the cake will have to be the one picking up the cake, and the I.D. and the credit card must match that person. If the person who is paying for the cake cannot be present, then they will need to place a three-way call with Annette's Cakes, the person making payment and the credit card company who is accepting the charge for the cake. I apologize for any inconveniences. A few ruin it for everyone. Annette

You can order over the phone but an appointment would be very important because you can taste the cake. And also we can go over your details for a perfect wedding cake.
How much time do I need before an event to place an order?
It is best to schedule your cake as far in advance as possible. Three months for wedding cakes would be great but depending on our schedule we may be able to do it at the last minute. Quality wedding cakes take much planning and coordination; It is very common for people to order birthday and special ocassion cakes the week of the event.

What do I need to do to get the process going?
If it is for a wedding cake you should schedule your tasting. Have an idea of 3 flavors of cake and fillings you would like to taste. If you have any pictures of cakes that you like bring them to the tasting as well, and finally have an idea where the event is and how many people will be attending. For birthday and special ocassions the best way to get your process going is getting a picture of the cake you would like, a common sight to find lots of pictures is google images, email us the picture with the number of people you are trying to serve and we will price it out for you.
